    Comes with the 4 accessories shown and the dust cover
    When I turn the item on only the front roller spins spin at a normal rate.  I adjusted the right sidebailvee knobs but still no spin on the back 2 rollers so this will need to be serviced.
    Plastic is a bit yellowed but not too bad.
