    iPad.  It needs the free APP Filemaker Go provided on the APP store at no charge.  Just open the APP on your device with Filemaker Go and it is readty to use.  Most of the fields are pull down menus that are meant to be edited by the user, which saves time.  Delivery is free by email address which is OK with Ebay after the item is paid for.  I wish I had this software when I Practiced medicine.  FileMaker Pro was used as my EMR.
