Here's an exceptionally nice Emerson AU-190 catalin radio.
The radio is clean, correct and working, and the butterscotch catalin cabinet is about as nice as you'll find on a 190. No cracks, no chips, no gouges, no deformities, no missing chunks of catalin, no tube burn, no damage to the screw holes, etc. Clear dial cover, and undamaged original knobs. Chassis is in nice shape, with minimal oxidation. The chassis components appear to be original, with a few re-soldered connections. Original line cord and antenna. The fabric exterior of the cord has frayed extensively, as you can see, but the interior leads are in good shape, and the the cord itself is still viable.
As noted above, the radio works. It can tune strong local stations with its supplied antenna, but reception is considerably better with an outdoor antenna. Plays at reasonably loud levels with normal static between stations. PLEASE NOTE: catalin radios are not an ideal choice for daily playing. The tubes inside them can put out a lot of radiant heat, and the catalin can be deformed or destroyed if this heat becomes too intense.
I would strongly advise not using the radio any longer than it takes to demonstrate that it's working.
Approximately 10" high x 7" wide x 6" deep.
